Lordy Koi sticks out like a sore thumb in a field of a black horse and a few bays! O.O
Anyways, if you are wondering why the post numbers go from one to three, it's because the second horse registered for the race scratched, and instead of having an empty post, people just scoot the field right on over.
At any rate, I really am pretty pleased with how this came out

WBS If I Was A Rich Man was taken to the track for breeze training early in the morning. There was a thick fog covering most of the middle of the track, hovering over the lush green dew kissed grass like a vulture hovering it's prey. Some of the mist dipped onto the track in a few areas, though the muddy track was mostly saved from the suffocating wet embrace of the mist. Abhijat Devar led the seal bay colt with the flashy gray face out onto the track, where he met up with Colton Jones who was exercising the gray gelding WBS Gangster's Paradise. The gelding had been imported from WBS, and they couldn't be happier with any other buyer. Fox Harbor Farms staff had a determination the likes of which would not sizzled out by any obstical. When horses were injured, they gave them time to heal instead of shooting them and shipping them off to the glue factory. When their horses placed lower than they'd like, they moved forward and never gave up. And with every win, FHF remained humble about their accomplishments. Abhijat and Colton shared a few words of greeting and playful competitiveness, boasting of their mounts fitness in a very friendly manor before heading in the same direction to warm up their horses. Abhijat took Rich Man into a slow gallop behind the gray gelding, just asking enough of him to get his muscles warmed up and to get a feel of the track. The colt felt good, and Abhijat had good vibes about the race to come. WBS Gangster's Paradise jigged his head a bit, and shortly following, Colton eased him up. Abhijat wanted to know what had happened, but he knew that Dallas Jackson of WBS was watching his workout with the colt, and he knew that if he broke his training, she would be infuriated, so he kept Rich Man going steady until they finished their training routine. The jockey reigned the colt towards Dallas, who stood at the rail- leaning into it casually. "If it wasn't so misty, I would've been able to see better-" The red head started, "but from what I could make out, he seemed good. How did he feel?" Dallas looked to the jockey, her yellow eye piercing as she stared, and her blinded gray eye following suit of the other, thought it saw nothing. "He felt really good. He seems calm and responsive, I might have to push him to be competitive in the Derby, but then again I think he knew that I was letting him be lazy with this run. He will know when the real race is taking place and I have no doubts that he will perk right up when it's time." The jockey stroked the colts neck and Rich Man snorted, lowering his head a bit and cocking his hip so his weight was on three instead of four legs as he relaxed. "I sure hope so," Dallas gazed lovingly at the colt with a soft smile.
